As an experienced facilitator of writing for wellbeing workshops, I have a deep-seated belief in the power of words to transform. I have this belief because I see it happening again and again.
While words are our social currency, so often, because of conditioning, rules and expectations, we become limited in how we express ourselves. But in a writing for wellbeing workshop (AKA a mini-break for the imagination), people are typically amazed by what they're able to express and create.
There is nowhere we cannot go and nothing we cannot do in our imagination. This creative freedom can be powerfully beneficial. There is an ever-growing body of evidence of the healing power of creative expression. This is reinforced by research around neuroplasticity; it’s now known that our brains rewire themselves, with positive new experiences leading to positive new ways of thinking and being.
I offer sessions ranging from a couple of hours to full awaydays, and I'm always happy to be flexible in line with your needs. Just get in touch for a chat about how I could help support your workplace wellbeing programme.
